Who moved my cheese?

Incredible,

Fast growing companies need to refine their strategy and align their structure to it.

Sounds quite logical but when you are directly concerned by that kind of change, you feel a little bit like the character of Dr Spencer Johnson's book who is wondering "Who Moved My Cheese?".

This excellent metaphore about dealing with change learnt me how to find my way and adapt to changes. And it's important because companies are looking for "flexible people who are not possessive about the way things are done around". So where's my new cheese now?

Challenges!

Incredible,

The French magazine "Challenges" gives women 5 tips in order to become "The woman Headquarters would die to hire":

1/ Realize that being a woman is an issue

2/ Clearly announce your objectives and ambition

3/ If you don't ask for something, it won't happen

4/ Working is good, showing it is better

5/ Women networking

I'm happy to be cited in this article and yes I'm still interested in a VP position ;o)

I am your father ...

Incredible,

Within the context of a study on women's way to network, I have been interviewed today by a journalist.

I had the opportunity to develop my "I am your father" theory that tends to proove that a male manager will, even unconsciously, favor a men's application or promotion.

My thoughts should be available soon in the famous french magazine Le Nouvel Observateur and Challenge.

So my tip for each woman is: if you meet a top executive woman, try to convince her to become your mother or at least your mentor ;o)
