Could you repeat the question please?

Incredible,

I've received in my mailbox a 188 pages document and the following question:
"Do you approve the bill that permits the ratification of the treaty that founds a Constitution for Europe?" .... (Even in french, I'm not sure to understand!)

Fortunately, the possible answers to this Referendum are very easy : YES or NO ;o)
