Don't be too performant

Incredible,

A former colleague had to leave his company because he was too ... performant !!!
In fact, as a Business Development Manager, he clinched a great deal that generated 3 millions euros in a couple of weeks (for a software publisher it sounds good). When he left, he has contributed to more than the half of the company's turnover.
He was too performant not to be dangerous ... particularly for his manager ;o)
